you use the fill/bucket tool with a glitter sticker of your choice and click the part you'd like to fill in

I'm not too sure what you mean by the comment, but the font for the text is freckle face and the ink I used I just search up "pink glitter" and it is on the first page

i know its best to not be negative about anyone or yourself but i sometimes overthink too much on some things, like drawing for example. so it leads me to think its bad ;_; [i hope i worded that correctly]
